The R 1300 GS is the flagship of the BMW Motorrad Adventure class and the world's best-selling travel enduro. With the new generation, BMW Motorrad has completely redesigned the 1.300 ccm ShiftCam boxer engine from the ground up: 145 PS peak output, 149 Nm of torque, and a newly developed sheet-metal shell main frame with tubular steel rear frame make the GS lighter and more agile. Standard riding modes Rain and Road, ABS Pro, dynamic traction control DTC, and the 6.5-inch TFT display with connectivity set new benchmarks. The combination of touring capability, off-road performance, and everyday handling makes the GS the first choice for world travelers and adventure enthusiasts. It is produced at the BMW Motorrad main plant in Berlin-Spandau.
