The CE 04 is BMW Motorrad's interpretation of urban electric mobility and redefines the maxi-scooter class. With a 42 PS electric motor, 8.9-kWh battery, and 130 km WMTC range, it offers sufficient power and radius for commuter traffic. The futuristic, flat-surface design is unusual for a scooter and draws more inspiration from science fiction films. The 10.25-inch TFT display with connectivity, the integrated helmet storage compartment, and DC fast charging (0–80% in 45 minutes) make it the most advanced e-scooter on the market. Rideable with an A1 license (in the power-restricted CE 04 with 11 kW) or as the full version with 31 kW, it offers solutions for different license categories. The CE 04 was awarded the iF Gold Award 2022 for design.
