madeingermany.de is an information platform dedicated to the seal of origin "Made in Germany". The provider offers editorial content, data, and background information on the German economy, export performance, and culture of quality.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions is, to the extent permitted by law, Zweibrücken.
Should any individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
