The R 1300 GS Adventure is the big sister of the GS and the ultimate machine for world travelers. With its 30-liter aluminum tank, it achieves a range of over 600 km, making it an uncompromising globetrotter machine. The 145 PS ShiftCam boxer engine is shared with the standard GS, but is complemented by more robust crash protection, a larger windshield, and a higher seat position for excellent visibility. The Adventure comes factory-prepared for high payload capacity and long distances with heavy luggage. Off-road capability meets long-distance touring comfort: with adaptive suspension control, heated grips, heated seat, and center stand all included as standard, the usual accessories list becomes a thing of the past.
