The BMW 5 Series Touring of the G61 series is the spacious estate of the eighth 5 Series generation, appealing equally to families and frequent business travelers. With a variable load volume between 570 and 1,700 liters, a standard electrically opening tailgate with sensor-controlled opening, and a towing capacity of up to 2,000 kg, it offers maximum practicality. Technically, it shares all drivetrains with the saloon – from the efficient 520i with 190 PS to the 540d xDrive inline six-cylinder diesel, right up to the 550e xDrive Plug-in-Hybrid with 489 PS system output and over 100 km of electric range. The BMW Curved Display, Operating System 8.5, the Highway Assistant and the optional air suspension make the Touring a supremely capable long-distance touring car. It is produced alongside the saloon at the Dingolfing plant.
