The Mercedes-Benz CLE Coupé (model series C236, since 2023) brings together for the first time the previously separate Coupé model lines of the C- and E-Class into a single model range, positioning itself as an elegant, sporty two-door in the premium mid-size segment. The design follows the Mercedes-Benz Coupé tradition with a long hood, flat roofline, and frameless doors. Inside, the MBUX infotainment system with its large portrait-oriented central display, premium materials, and the characteristic Coupé comfort for four adults make a strong impression. The CLE Coupé is powered by four-cylinder petrol engines and inline six-cylinder diesels, each with 48-volt mild-hybrid technology, as well as the AMG CLE 53 4MATIC+ with 449 PS from a turbocharged inline six-cylinder. The CLE Coupé is produced at the Bremen plant, where it shares the line with its CLE Cabriolet sibling.
