The Mercedes-Benz EQS is the brand's electric flagship and one of the most technologically advanced production vehicles in the world. With a drag coefficient of 0.20, it holds a world record among production sedans — a decisive factor in achieving a range of up to 800 km according to WLTP. The updated model range (facelift since 2024) combines a 118-kWh battery (net) with 200-kW DC fast charging, the legendary Factory 56 manufacturing quality from Sindelfingen, and the 141-inch MBUX Hyperscreen spanning the entire dashboard. As a marvel of comfort, the EQS sedan features standard rear-wheel steering of up to 10°, E-Active Body Control, an optional Executive rear comfort seat with fold-out table, and Steer-by-Wire in newer model years. At the top of the range, the Mercedes-AMG EQS 53 4MATIC+ delivers up to 761 PS (with the Dynamic Plus Package) and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in under 3.4 s. The EQS is manufactured alongside the S-Class at Factory 56 in Sindelfingen.
