The new Audi A5 sedan follows the previous A4 sedan in Audi's revised nomenclature, while simultaneously marking the launch of the Premium Platform Combustion (PPC) in the upper mid-size segment. It combines an elegantly elongated coupé roofline with a classic three-box trunk and a completely redesigned interior, whose digital stage seamlessly integrates two or three displays (driver information, MMI touch, optional front passenger). The engine range consists of efficient 2.0 TFSI and TDI powertrains with an MHEV-plus mild hybrid system, as well as the range-topping S5 with a V6 TFSI and 367 PS. quattro all-wheel drive, adaptive air suspension, and a new Android Automotive-based infotainment system bring the A5 technically up to the level of the larger A6 lineup. The A5 sedan is produced at the Neckarsulm plant.
