CaraCompact

The CaraCompact is Weinsberg's offering for travelers who want to combine the comfort of a semi-integrated motorhome with the maneuverability of a panel van. With a length of 6.75 to 6.98 m and a narrow body width, it remains manageable in tight pitches and in the city. At a gross weight of 3.5 t, a standard category B driving license is sufficient. Particularly noteworthy is the choice between two base vehicles: the Fiat Ducato from the 600 series (entry level) or the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter from the MB-640 series – making the CaraCompact one of the most affordably priced semi-integrated motorhomes on a Sprinter base available anywhere. Four floor plans are available, and in some variants an optional drop-down bed above the seating area is offered. With a starting price from €62,390, the CaraCompact is the aggressively priced counterpart to the Knaus Van TI from the same plant, and is clearly positioned below the Weinsberg CaraSuite, which offers more volume and more floor plans. Within Weinsberg's semi-integrated portfolio, the CaraCompact is the entry-level choice for those who want semi-integrated comfort with maximum everyday usability.
