The Malibu semi-integrated range is the brand's broad bread-and-butter segment, bringing Carthago technology from Aulendorf into a more attractively priced semi-integrated framework. With eight floor plans on either the Fiat Ducato or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, the range covers virtually every floor plan preference — from rear cross bed and twin beds to alcove-style layouts without a true alcove. Lengths range from 6.90 to 7.35 m, with gross vehicle weights from 3.5 to 4.5 t — meaning part of the range can already be driven on a category B licence, while the rest requires a C1 licence. The core argument is the double floor inherited from Carthago, with a usable height of up to 55.5 cm — a figure well above most competitors in the semi-integrated segment, and one that Malibu positions as a key differentiator. Combined with the continuous one-level floor throughout the living area, this creates a living feel closer to a fully integrated motorhome than to the classic semi-integrated concept. The range is positioned as an alternative for customers who appreciate Carthago technology but do not want to pay the price premium of Carthago's own fully integrated models — or who are looking for a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter-based alternative to the fully integrated offerings from Carthago's parent brand.
