The Sven Hedin is Westfalia's panel van motorhome based on the MAN TGE. At 5.98 metres in length, it remains manageable for its class while still offering a full-size transverse bed measuring 200 × 130 centimetres. A standout feature is the bed's Pop-Out system, which extends the sleeping area. The vehicle registration lists four seats, with sleeping capacity for two. The Sven Hedin is powered by the 2.0-litre TGE HD diesel engine producing 120 kW (163 PS), paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The supply setup includes 100 litres of fresh water, 84 litres of waste water, a 90-litre compressor refrigerator, and 2.8 kilograms of gas. This makes the Sven Hedin well suited for longer trips as well as a nimble vehicle for urban use.
