The Kipling is Westfalia's premium camping bus based on the Ford Transit Custom II. At 5.45 meters in length, it is compact enough for everyday use while still offering a modular transverse bed measuring 188 × 130 centimeters in the living area. The pop-up roof extends the sleeping capacity with an additional bed measuring 192 × 128 centimeters. The vehicle registration lists four seats, and sleeping accommodation is also available for four. On the engine side, the 2.0-liter TDCi diesel is available with 136 PS, optionally also with 170 PS and an 8-speed automatic transmission. The water system holds 50 liters each of fresh and waste water, complemented by a 51-liter compressor refrigerator and a 2.75 kg gas system. Premium materials and well-thought-out storage spaces position the Kipling in the premium segment of travel vans.
