C1-tourer

The C1-tourer represents the entry point into Carthago's integrated premium class, deliberately positioned below the chic c-line without compromising on Carthago's defining core features. From model year 2026, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter base replaces the previous Fiat Ducato variant as the benchmark — together with the distinctive V-Face design first introduced on the chic c-line, which now also arrives in the entry segment of the Aulendorf-based manufacturer. Four floor plans ranging from 7.39 to 7.52 m in length are aimed primarily at couples who expect high build and insulation quality but do not require maximum storage space or engine power. The characteristic Carthago double floor with usable cellar height is standard, as is the continuous one-level living concept with no steps. With a gross vehicle weight of 4.2 to 4.5 t, the C1-tourer falls within driving licence categories B (on application) and C1 respectively, making it the most accessible entry point into the Carthago portfolio — above it sits the significantly expanded chic c-line.
