The Duo Independent combines the space-efficient bunk bed concept of the Duo with the permanent all-wheel drive of the current Sprinter and a raised suspension. The result is a self-sufficient travel companion for dirt tracks, remote pitches, and wintry mountain regions. The Independent designation at CS Reisemobile stands for an enhanced energy package: a 235 Ah gel battery (optional lithium), a 160 W solar module, and a Truma Combi D diesel heater with hot water. This keeps the motorhome self-sufficient for days, even far from fixed power hookups. The Duo Independent comes standard with 190 PS and a 9-speed automatic transmission. Like all CS models, the Duo Independent is built using skilled craftsman manufacturing in Henstedt-Ulzburg – not a mass-produced product, but a unique panel van for travelers who venture off the beaten path.
