Kalex Engineering from Bobingen (Bavaria) is the undisputed market leader for race chassis in the FIM Moto2 World Championship and has won over 15 world championship titles with its chassis since 2011 – including world champions such as Stefan Bradl, Johann Zarco, and Franco Morbidelli. The Kalex Moto2 chassis is not a complete motorcycle, but a racing machine that is combined with the standardized Triumph 765cc triple engine (since 2019; previously Honda CBR600RR). The highly sophisticated aluminum bridge-tube chassis, Öhlins suspension, and refined geometry make it the first choice for all top teams. Manufactured in small series in Bobingen – only a few dozen chassis are built each season. For racing teams with world championship ambitions, there is no way around Kalex.
