Papillon

The Papillon is Bürstner's minimalist camper van, embodying the motto 'Reduce to the van' – an agile vehicle for mobility-enthusiastic adventurers who want to combine compactness with well-thought-out features. Built on the Citroën Jumper with a length of 5.99 m, a width of 2.08 m, and a gross weight of 3.5 t, this panel van consistently does away with the superfluous, instead offering intelligently designed spaces. Standard equipment includes an induction hob, an 80-liter fresh water tank, and selectable toilet systems (Porta Potti, dry separation toilet, or Clesana X1). A clever bed-sofa system transforms the sleeping surface into a couch with a single movement, maximizing usable space, while optionally two additional sleeping berths are available on the roof. Unlike its sister model Habiton, the Papillon foregoes the Mercedes-Benz base and the all-wheel drive option, but is positioned at a significantly lower price point – ideal for couples and small groups who want to travel flexibly and with only the essentials.
