The Setra TopClass 500 is the flagship of the Setra touring coach range and was voted "Coach of the Year 2026" in 2025. Three super-high-deck variants (S 515 HDH at 12.5 m, S 516 HDH at 13.3 m, S 517 HDH at 14.2 m) serve long-distance routes, premium charter operations, and exclusive coach tours. The Mercedes-Benz OM 471 delivers 350 kW (476 PS) and provides 95% of its torque at around 800 rpm – ideal for long gradients. The standard-fit TopSky panoramic glass roof with tinted double glazing creates an exceptional passenger experience and is one of the defining hallmarks of the Setra brand. Active Drive Assist 2, Active Brake Assist 6 Plus, and Predictive Powertrain Control elevate the TopClass to the very pinnacle of its class.
