Vacuum Systems
The Vacuum Systems business unit of PVA TePla specializes in the development, construction and marketing of thermal systems for developing, manufacturing and treating high-quality materials at high temperatures – typically in the range between 1,000°C and 2,500°C. We have over 50 years of experience from more than 1,000 systems supplied worldwide, testimonials from big names in the industry and a diversified range of process systems. The Vacuum Systems division of PVA TePla AG sets technological standards that made it a global market leader in the provision of vacuum sintering systems.

Crystal Growing Systems for the Photovoltaic industry
PVA TePla AG is one of the leading system suppliers in the photovoltaics market. Our company’s systems cover all aspects of the process for growing monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon crystals and set standards for the industry. Thanks to over 50 years experience in the construction of crystal growing systems, our company is able to offer customers a high level of knowledge and expertise. PVA TePla places great importance on working in close co-operation and forging partnership ties with customers to develop and implement individual solutions. These are the crucial factors in the success of our systems. A competence center for industrial crystal growing systems (CCIC) further enhances our range of services. It is equipped with systems for growing monocrystalline and multicrystalline crystals and blocks. The competence center trains customer personnel and supports individual customer projects dealing with crystallization processes where production unit innovation is often focused on process optimization and improving energy efficiency.
